Chibugo Emmanuel Lazarus, professionally known as XPLOIT COMEDY, is one of Africa’s pioneering creative voices — a filmmaker, performer, editor, and spiritual teacher who helped shape Nigeria’s early digital entertainment scene.
As one of the first creators to popularize skit making in Africa, XPLOIT COMEDY built a movement that merged humor, storytelling, and social reflection. His influence helped inspire a generation of young creatives who now define African internet culture.
In 2022, Chibugo produced and starred in his debut film series Njaba a 10-episode cinematic project that showcased his mastery across every layer of filmmaking. From acting as the lead, to directing, editing, and building high-level VFX fight scenes, Njaba stood as a testament to his range, vision, and dedication to African storytelling.
